April 22 – 27, 2018
This is our first WARHorses get together and we’re headed southwest to immerse ourselves in Cowgirl Americana at its best. White Stallion Ranch is 3,000 acres of paradise sharing a 2-mile border with the Saguaro National Park West.
The desert vistas include mountains, an endless blue sky and horses, lots of horses, over 160 in fact. This beautiful venue is an ideal retreat where we can immerse ourselves in the horses we love and re-energize our souls as “women of age riding horses” while making lots of new like-minded friends.
The True family owns White Stallion Ranch, renowned for their hospitality and for treating each guest like family. WARHorses will be joining the Cactus Cowgirls, another fine group of horse-loving women. Come with friends or come alone, once you arrive, there will be plenty of camaraderie starting with a Margarita welcome party.
Our days include horseback riding along rugged trails that weave through the blooming desert cactus and team penning in the corral. We have the unique opportunity to choose some non-riding activities like: yoga classes, line dancing, target shooting, poker night, movie night (anything CLINT EASTWOOD on a horse please) or tequila tasting. (We’ll publish a little survey soon, to help us choose our favorites).
The WARHorses/Cactus Cowgirls Week is a five-night/six-day package including; lodging, all activities, meals, horseback riding & riding lessons and airport transfers.
SINGLE: $2,025 per person
DOUBLE: $1,825 per person
