April 26, 2019, Orlando, FL (USA):  Disney has introduced a special addition to the Walt Disney World Resort, Lilly the Shetland pony. Lilly, named after Walt Disney’s wife, is the first white Shetland pony born at Disney’s Tri-Circle-D Ranch. Lilly is the offspring of Lady and Ferdinand who are members of the team trained to pull Cinderella’s pumpkin coach.

Lilly was born in March and will spend the next two years simply growing up. At two, she will begin training to drive, eventually joining Cinderella’s team. Guests are welcome to visit Lilly in a “show pasture” during designated hours.
